What does "all inclusive" include?

• 8 days, 7 nights in beautiful, resort accommodations-our own lush tropical oasis!! (including hotel taxes and fees)
• 3 gourmet meals per day. All meals will meet your previously disclosed dietary restrictions and preferences
• Transportation to and from San Jose  airport (SJO) on retreat start and end days
• Various spaces for quiet reflection or community socialization
• Pool and jacuzzi on property, and bikes for the quick ride to the ocean
• Morning devotional and journal time
• TWO yoga sessions per day (except Wednesday which is a free day)
• Three optional specialty classes throughout the week

What's Not Included:

Airfaire to / from SJO, optional excursions during free-time, optional massage or spa treatments, alcohol, and gratuities.

Fun things to note:

• Yoga practices will be done in a beautiful studio overlooking the jungle. There is no previous yoga experience required. All levels will be accommodated. No need to bring your mat or yoga props. All props will be provided by the resort.
• The dining experience will blow your mind. We will indulge in delicious fresh and healthy local and international cuisine using locally sourced ingredients. You will find yourself completely surrounded by nature, and from your table you will be able to see toucans, coatis, monkeys, hummingbirds, and many species of Costa Rican flora and fauna.
• Spacious rooms overlooking the luxurious pool and surrounded by nature.  You will often see a couple of toucans that love to see their own reflection in the large windows of your room.  Rooms are equipped with either two Queen beds or 1 King, A/C, internet, television, bath tub, mini fridge,  and an espresso machine for that early morning coffee.
• There are bikes on property to use during free time. You can take a quick bike ride to the beach or a long ride exploring the quaint little town of Jaco.
